I also return 12 months later for maintenance to see how the house is performing, to ensure direct feedback and that our personalised approach continues to the very end. Our staff and tradespeople embrace the approach and enjoy being part of a more satisfying and "old school" way of building homes.

All staff meet our Owners and are very familiar with each individual project. Any contact is with someone an Owner knows, is familiar with their home and can speak with knowledge & authority. Our intentional smaller volumes not only enables our superior quality and personalised service, but it also allows me to be directly involved with every customer, prior to, during and after construction is complete.
