After working with you through step one and listening for exactly what you require we then use this information to either price the plan you’ve provided to us or create a brand new individual design to suit your land, your lifestyle and most importantly your budget.
Step three
FINALISATION
Once plans and inclusions are confirmed, New Designer Homes provides a detailed, accurate and inclusive pricing document for your beautiful new home. Uniquely, we can actually commit to a contract price prior to any deposit money being paid.
